These Terms govern your use of NovaLuna's website, software, and related services. By purchasing a license or using the software, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. The Service

NovaLuna provides a hardware-based recoil script for the game Rust. It runs on a secondary PC and interfaces with supported hardware devices (MAKCU, KMBox). We do not interact with the game client, memory, or processes on your gaming machine.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and the rules of any third-party platforms you use (such as Steam and Facepunch).

3. License

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use NovaLuna on a single machine. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute your license key.
• Use the software to build a competing product or bypass security measures.
• Share your key with others or use it on more than one PC simultaneously.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by NovaLuna.

4. License Keys & Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your license key and account credentials safe. We may suspend or revoke keys if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your payment details. All prices are shown at the time of purchase.

6. Refunds

All sales are final once the license key has been delivered. We do not offer refunds unless required by law. If you experience a technical issue that our support team cannot resolve after a good-faith effort, we may, at our discretion, provide an alternative solution.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the software for any illegal activity, harassment, or distribution of malware.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Use automated tools to interact with our website or support channels.

We may investigate violations and take action including warnings, key revocation, or permanent bans.

8. Updates & Availability

We aim to keep the software compatible with the latest version of Rust and provide timely updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game patches or anti-cheat changes may occasionally impact functionality; we will make reasonable efforts to adapt.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL REMAIN UNDETECTED OR THAT YOU WILL NOT BE BANNED BY THIRD-PARTY ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEMS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVALUNA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF GAME ACCOUNTS, IN-GAME ITEMS, OR BANS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
